About the event
There's a lot of drills and skills being injected into the ether. When it comes to deciding which ones to use, how often and why, it can become disparaging and confusing. The outcome is to not do any of them at all. Is this you? Do you want help to simplify the conditioning journey and workouts? Then this session is for you.
What will be learned and practiced?
# Connect the dots of effective warm ups - often sacrificed, we will show how a few minutes can be the difference between success and failure for the main event.
# The latest exercise patterns for maximising hip muscle recruitment - get the most out of training tools such as elastic resistance and bodyweight for boosting hip strength and mobility
# A series of progressive patterns that link the whole body in all planes of motion
# A comprehensive PDF document with all the information and exercises learned, with session plans on how to put it together at home or at your gym.
When integrated within your current training plan, the exercises and formats will make a difference in the results that follow. Whether it is an ultra distance race, dropping your 5km time or local triathlon race in the Summer.

The host and coach
Richard O'Connor. 25 years a trainer, I have travelled the globe with professional tennis players and coached tens of thousands of hours with people striving to get the best out of themselves. For this workshop I have collated an effective group of activation, mobility and strength exercises that would be effective for all active peoples, not just runners alone. I look forward to sharing this format with you.
