Jump on the train from East or West, to arrive at Wool for the first drop off at 09:09 West or 09:12 East.
Gather outside the train station no later than 09:15.
Leave for this group trail endurance run at 09:20.
The route meanders South to arrive at Lulworth Village, then crack the coast path to Kimmeridge before heading back inland to Corfe and onto Wareham.
Return home on which ever train you decide after grabbing a drink and food in Wareham.
